Champions don’t just happen!

 

For some this is striving to make that last 1% that will make them a champion and for others it is just being better than they are now in their professional or amateur sport.

 

 

Being good at anything is 10% skill and 90% mind set. So no matter how good and competent your skills are, if your mind set is not right then you will never achieve your full potential. This is as important in sport as in any other area of your life. Controlling your thoughts, limiting beliefs and negative self talk is just the start. Eliminating the doubt and anxiety from your game will markedly improve your performance at every level.

But for most of us other stuff gets in the way……
